Division for Organization and Management

The Division for Organization and Management is responsible for a number of central management support functions, including internal HR and organizational development, internal operations and management related to the agencies under the Ministry of Finance.

The Division for Organization and Management assumes a cross-functional role in the daily operations of the Ministry and assists in supporting its key processes and functions.

The division is responsible for organizational development, employee development, employer branding, financial control and corporate management. The division also assists in attending to, and providing for, the Permanent Secretary and the management of the ministry.
