Division for Organization and Management

The Division for Organization and Mangement is responsible for a number of central management support functions, including the juridical work of the Ministry of Finance, internal organizational development, internal operations and security, as well as performance management within the agencies of the Ministry of Finance.

The Division for Organization and Management assumes a cross-functional role in the daily operations of the Ministry and assists in supporting its key processes and functions.

The division is responsible for counselling on the handling of transverse juridical questions and the legal procedures pertaining to the ministry's portfolio functions.

Additionally, the division is responsible for organizational development, employee development, employer branding, data protection (GDPR), information security, financial control and corporate management. Finally, the division assists in attending to, and providing for, the Permanent Secretary and the management of the ministry.
