Central government net financing and financing requirement in 2017 and 2018

The estimates of the central government net financing and financing requirement in 2017 and 2018 are based on the budget bill for 2018 and are presented in table 1 below. The central government financing requirement is expected to be DKK 96bn in 2017 and DKK 127bn in 2018.
The financing requirement is met through borrowing or by drawing on the central government account. The target for sales of domestic government bonds and T-bills in 2018 is DKK 65bn and DKK 30bn, respectively. This is unchanged from 2017.
