Central government financing requirement in 2016 and 2017

On Tuesday, August 30 at 11.00 AM, Economic Survey, August 2016 will be available at fm.dk.

The estimates of the central government net financing and financing requirement in 2016 and 2017 are presented in table 1 below. The central government financing requirement is expected to be DKK 150bn in 2016 and DKK 102bn in 2017. 

The financing requirement is met through borrowing or by drawing on the central government account. 

The financing strategy is published by Danmarks Nationalbank on the website of the government debt management office.
