Central government financing requirement in 2015 and 2016

On Thursday, December 10 at 9.00 AM, Economic Survey, December 2015 will be available at fm.dk.

The estimates of the central government net financing and financing requirement in 2015 and 2016 are presented in table 1 below. The central government financing requirement is expected to be DKK 139bn in 2015 and DKK 158bn in 2016.

The financing requirement is met through borrowing or by drawing on the central government account.

The financing strategy is published by Danmarks Nationalbank on the website of the government debt management office, www.governmentdebt.dk.
